The apartments, with a simple and cosy atmosphere, have 2 buildings with 3 floors each with a total of 36 one-bedroom apartments. There is garage available for a local charge and subject to availability. The keys are to be collected from the office of Espatur in Xeraco, Avda. Borrons 44. The collection hours in summer are from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Saturday, and 5:00pm to 7:00pm from Monday to Friday; and in winter are from 5:00pm to 7:00pm from Monday to Friday, plus Saturday and Sunday in the morning. Upon arrival a refundable breakage deposit will be required as guarantee for the good use of facilities.
